Instructions
- Spread Mayonnaise on the cut sides of the Everything Bagel.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook Pork Roll slices for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and slightly crispy.
- Remove Pork Roll from skillet and set aside.
- Crack Eggs into the skillet and cook to desired doneness (over easy, medium, or hard).
- Place the bottom half of the Bagel in a clean skillet or on a griddle.
- Layer with Cheese, then Pork Roll, then Egg.
- Top with the other half of the Bagel.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
