Instructions
  1. Spread Mayonnaise on the cut sides of the Everything Bagel.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook Pork Roll slices for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and slightly crispy.
  4. Remove Pork Roll from skillet and set aside.
  5. Crack Eggs into the skillet and cook to desired doneness (over easy, medium, or hard).
  6. Place the bottom half of the Bagel in a clean skillet or on a griddle.
  7. Layer with Cheese, then Pork Roll, then Egg.
  8. Top with the other half of the Bagel.
  9. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
