Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Salt, White Pepper, and Nutmeg.
  5. Layer Potatoes in the prepared baking dish. Pour Sauce over the Potatoes, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Sprinkle Gruyère and Parmesan Cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until Potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown and bubbly.
