Instructions
  1. Combine all Dry Rub ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Rub the Dry Rub all over the Pork, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  3. Place the Pork in a slow cooker. Pour 1/2 cup of chicken broth into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours, until the Pork is very tender and easily shredded.
  5. While the Pork is cooking, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  6. Once the Pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
  7. Pour the Sauce over the shredded Pork and stir to combine.
  8. Serve the Pulled Pork on Brioche buns, topped with Coleslaw.
