In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine all Wet Ingredients. Mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
In a small bowl, combine all Pecan Streusel ingredients. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the batter.
Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
