Instructions
- Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and season with garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Bake chicken tenders for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Toss waffle fries with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Bake according to package directions.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Toast Texas toast slices. Spread with garlic butter.
- Assemble the toast box: Place two slices of Texas toast on each plate. Top with waffle fries, then chicken tenders. Drizzle generously with Sauce.
- Serve immediately.
