Instructions
- Prepare the Chive Butter: In a small bowl, combine the softened Unsalted Butter and finely chopped Fresh Chives. Mix well and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Waffle Batter ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and smoked paprika.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Diced Dill Pickles, and Dry Ranch Seasoning.
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Pour the batter onto the hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve immediately with a generous dollop of Chive Butter.
