Instructions
- In a medium skillet, cook the Ham until lightly browned.
- Remove the Ham from the skillet, leaving the drippings.
- Add the coffee to the skillet with the Ham drippings. Bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Stir in the Black pepper and Cayenne pepper.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the gravy has thickened slightly.
- Return the Ham to the gravy and serve hot with biscuits.
