Instructions
  1. In a medium skillet, cook the Ham until lightly browned.
  2. Remove the Ham from the skillet, leaving the drippings.
  3. Add the coffee to the skillet with the Ham drippings. Bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Stir in the Black pepper and Cayenne pepper.
  5. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the gravy has thickened slightly.
  6. Return the Ham to the gravy and serve hot with biscuits.
