Red Flannel Hash
A more flavorful version of Red Flannel Hash with the addition of fresh herbs and a touch of Worcestershire sauce for depth.

Yukon Gold Potatoes-diced

Beets-cooked and diced
1/2 cup
Yellow Onion-diced

A more flavorful version of Red Flannel Hash with the addition of fresh herbs and a touch of Worcestershire sauce for depth.
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt Butter over medium heat.
- Add Onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add Potatoes and cook until browned and tender, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add Corned beef and Beets to the skillet. Season with Salt, Black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly crispy.
- Stir in Parsley and Thyme just before serving.
- Serve immediately.

Instructions
