Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt Butter over medium heat.
  2. Add Onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add Potatoes and cook until browned and tender, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add Corned beef and Beets to the skillet. Season with Salt, Black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly crispy.
  6. Stir in Parsley and Thyme just before serving.
  7. Serve immediately.
