Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place Potatoes in a large pot, cover with water, and boil for 15-20 minutes, or until slightly tender.
  3. While potatoes are boiling, prepare the Sauce. In a medium saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in White Wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate.
  5. Stir in Heavy Cream, Lemon Juice, Old Bay Seasoning, Salt, and Pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  6. Drain Potatoes and place them in a large baking dish.
  7. Add Shrimp and Lobster Meat to the baking dish with the potatoes.
  8. Pour the Sauce evenly over the seafood and potatoes.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
  10. Garnish with Fresh Parsley before serving.
