Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place Potatoes in a large bowl and toss with 3 tablespoons of the Butter Sauce.
- In a separate bowl, combine Sausage and Corn and toss with 2 tablespoons of the Butter Sauce.
- Arrange Potatoes, Sausage, Corn, Lobster tails, and Clams in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Pour remaining Butter Sauce over the lobster bake.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until lobster is cooked through, clams have opened, and potatoes are tender. Discard any clams that do not open.
- Garnish with additional fresh parsley before serving.
