Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  3. Cut in the Cold Butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the Buttermilk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. While the biscuits are baking, prepare the Cheddar Bay Topping by combining all topping ingredients in a small bowl.
  8. Immediately after removing the biscuits from the oven, brush generously with the Cheddar Bay Topping.
  9. Serve warm.
