Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
A slightly refined version of the classic biscuits, using cultured butter and a touch of cayenne for added depth.

A slightly refined version of the classic biscuits, using cultured butter and a touch of cayenne for added depth.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
- Cut in the Cold Cultured Butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add the Buttermilk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the biscuits are baking, prepare the Cheddar Bay Topping by combining all topping ingredients in a small bowl.
- Immediately after removing the biscuits from the oven, brush generously with the Cheddar Bay Topping.
- Serve warm.
