A simplified, home-cook friendly version of Red Lobster's classic Crab Linguini Alfredo. This recipe uses readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques to deliver a creamy, flavorful pasta dish.
A simplified, home-cook friendly version of Red Lobster's classic Crab Linguini Alfredo. This recipe uses readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques to deliver a creamy, flavorful pasta dish.
Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
While pasta is cooking, prepare the Sauce. In a large skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Pour in Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan Cheese, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, and Salt. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Add the drained Pasta and flaked Crab Meat to the Sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
Serve immediately, garnished with Fresh Parsley.
