Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta is cooking, prepare the Sauce. In a large skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Deglaze the pan with White Wine, scraping up any browned bits. Let the wine reduce by half, about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan Cheese, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, and Salt. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. Gently fold in the Real Crab Meat and flaked Imitation Crab Meat. Heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add the drained Pasta to the Sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired consistency. Stir in Lemon Juice.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with Fresh Parsley.
