Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
While pasta is cooking, prepare the Sauce. In a large skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Deglaze the pan with White Wine, scraping up any browned bits. Let the wine reduce by half, about 2 minutes.
Pour in Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan Cheese, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, and Salt. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Gently fold in the Real Crab Meat and flaked Imitation Crab Meat. Heat through for 1-2 minutes.
Add the drained Pasta to the Sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired consistency. Stir in Lemon Juice.
Serve immediately, garnished with Fresh Parsley.
