Prepare the Salad: Combine all Salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently.
Prepare the Shrimp Cocktail: Cook shrimp until pink and opaque. Chill. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
Prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuits: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Combine all Biscuit ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Prepare the Entree (Fried Shrimp): In a shallow dish, combine Flour, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper. Dredge shrimp in the flour mixture. Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet. Fry shrimp until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
