Instructions
  1. Prepare the Salad: Combine all Salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently.
  2. Prepare the Shrimp Cocktail: Cook shrimp until pink and opaque. Chill. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
  3. Prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuits: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Combine all Biscuit ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Prepare the Entree (Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi): Melt Butter in a large skillet. Add Garlic and cook until fragrant. Add Shrimp and cook until pink. Deglaze with White Wine and Lemon Juice. Stir in Parsley and Red Pepper Flakes. Serve over pasta or rice (optional).
