Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, combine Panko Bread Crumbs and Melted Butter. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Cheese Sauce: In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in Milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Bring to a simmer, stirring until thickened.
  5. Stir in Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Black Pepper.
  6. Reduce heat to low and gradually add Cheddar Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese, and Parmesan Cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Add cooked Pasta and Lobster Meat to the Cheese Sauce. Stir to combine.
  8. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle with Panko Bread Crumb Topping.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
