2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cups Warm Milk (105-115°F)

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine Dough ingredients. Knead for 5-7 minutes until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Place dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  3. While dough rises, prepare Garlic Butter by combining all Garlic Butter ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
  4. Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces.
  5. Roll each piece into a rope about 6-8 inches long.
  6. Tie each rope into a simple knot.
  7. Place knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush generously with Garlic Butter.
  8. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Brush with remaining Garlic Butter immediately after baking.
  10. Serve warm.
