Red Lobster Sailor's Knot Rolls
A slightly refined version of the classic rolls, using higher-quality butter and a touch of honey for added flavor.

A slightly refined version of the classic rolls, using higher-quality butter and a touch of honey for added flavor.
Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine Dough ingredients. Knead with the dough hook for 6-8 minutes until a smooth and elastic dough forms.
- Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- While dough rises, prepare Garlic Butter by combining all Garlic Butter ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a rope about 6-8 inches long.
- Tie each rope into a simple knot.
- Place knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush generously with Garlic Butter.
- Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 13-16 minutes, or until golden brown. Brush with remaining Garlic Butter immediately after baking.
- Serve warm.
