Instructions
  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Steam frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions.
  3. In a large skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in All-purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Garlic powder, and White pepper until cheeses are melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. Season Seafood with salt and pepper.
  7. Add Seafood to the cheese sauce and cook until heated through and Seafood is cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
  8. Serve Seafood and sauce over rice, with steamed vegetables on the side.
