Instructions
  1. Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Steam corn on the cob for 8-10 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Set aside.
  3. In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt all Butter Sauce ingredients over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  4. Add mussels and clams to the pot. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they open. Discard any that do not open.
  5. Add shrimp, halibut, and scallops to the pot. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and opaque and halibut and scallops are cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with potatoes and corn on the cob. Garnish with extra parsley, if desired.
