Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove stems from Mushrooms and set caps aside.
In a medium bowl, combine all Filling ingredients. Mix well.
Stuff each Mushroom cap with the Filling mixture.
In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Stir in Dry sherry, Worcestershire sauce, Garlic powder, and Paprika. Simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly. This is your Butter Sauce.
Brush the stuffed Mushrooms generously with the Butter Sauce.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until Mushrooms are tender and Filling is golden brown and bubbly.
Garnish with extra chopped parsley before serving.
