Instructions
  1. Prepare the Cocktail Sauce: Combine all Cocktail Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Cook Potatoes: Boil Red potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and toss with 1 tbsp clarified butter.
  3. Cook Corn: Boil or grill Corn on the cob until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Brush with remaining clarified butter.
  4. Steam Mussels: In a large pot, combine Mussels, white wine, and minced Garlic. Cover and steam until mussels open, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and parsley. Discard any mussels that do not open.
  5. Cook Shrimp: Season Shrimp with Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice. Boil or sauté Shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Cook Lobster: Brush Lobster tails with clarified butter. Grill, bake, or steam Lobster tails until opaque and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  7. Heat Crab Legs: Warm Snow crab legs according to package directions.
  8. Assemble Feast: Arrange Lobster, Shrimp, Snow crab legs, Mussels, potatoes, and corn on a platter. Serve with Cocktail Sauce.
