A simplified version of Red Lobster's Ultimate Surf and Turf, featuring grilled steak and cheddar bay biscuits alongside butter-poached shrimp.
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine all Steak ingredients. Rub onto steaks.
- Grill steaks for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
- While steaks are grilling, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes to melted Butter. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Shrimp to skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in Lemon Juice.
- Prepare Cheddar Bay Biscuits according to package directions.
- Serve steaks with butter-poached Shrimp and warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
