Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all Steak ingredients. Rub onto steaks.
  3. Grill steaks for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
  4. While steaks are grilling, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes to melted Butter. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add Shrimp to skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in Lemon Juice.
  8. Prepare Cheddar Bay Biscuits according to package directions.
  9. Serve steaks with butter-poached Shrimp and warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
