An enhanced version of the classic Surf and Turf, featuring a garlic herb butter for the steak and a more complex shrimp scampi.
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all Steak ingredients. Mix well to form a compound butter. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  3. Rub the garlic herb butter onto the Ribeye steaks.
  4. Grill steaks for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
  5. While steaks are grilling, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes to melted Butter. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Deglaze the pan with White Wine, scraping up any browned bits.
  8. Add Shrimp to skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.
  9. Stir in Lemon Juice and Parsley.
  10. Prepare Cheddar Bay Biscuits according to package directions.
  11. Serve steaks with shrimp scampi and warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
