Red Lobster Ultimate Surf And Turf
An enhanced version of the classic Surf and Turf, featuring a garlic herb butter for the steak and a more complex shrimp scampi.

Garlic - minced

Fresh Parsley - chopped

An enhanced version of the classic Surf and Turf, featuring a garlic herb butter for the steak and a more complex shrimp scampi.
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine all Steak ingredients. Mix well to form a compound butter. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Rub the garlic herb butter onto the Ribeye steaks.
- Grill steaks for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
- While steaks are grilling, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes to melted Butter. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Deglaze the pan with White Wine, scraping up any browned bits.
- Add Shrimp to skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in Lemon Juice and Parsley.
- Prepare Cheddar Bay Biscuits according to package directions.
- Serve steaks with shrimp scampi and warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
