Classic roasted potatoes with a simple red seasoning blend.

Russet potatoes-cubed into 1-inch pieces

Olive oil

Paprika
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Onion powder

Classic roasted potatoes with a simple red seasoning blend.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Potatoes ingredients.
- In a separate small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients.
- Drizzle the Seasoning mixture over the potatoes, tossing to coat evenly.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Serve immediately.
