Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat Olive Oil over medium heat.
  2. Add Ground Beef and Yellow Onion to the skillet and cook until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in Tomato Paste, Chili Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Pour in Beef Broth and Worcestershire Sauce and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
  5. While the sauce simmers, steam the Brioche Hot Dog Buns.
  6. Place a Hot Dog in each steamed bun and top generously with the meat sauce.
  7. Garnish with Yellow Mustard.
  8. Serve immediately.
