In a large skillet, heat Olive Oil over medium heat.
Add Ground Beef and Yellow Onion to the skillet and cook until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, about 8-10 minutes.
Stir in Tomato Paste, Chili Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
Pour in Beef Broth and Worcestershire Sauce and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
While the sauce simmers, steam the Brioche Hot Dog Buns.
Place a Hot Dog in each steamed bun and top generously with the meat sauce.
