Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together Maple Syrup, Balsamic Vinegar, and Dijon Mustard to create the Glaze.
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels Sprouts with Olive Oil, Salt, and Black Pepper.
- Spread Brussels Sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Scatter Bacon pieces over the Brussels Sprouts.
- Roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with Glaze, tossing to coat.
- Return to oven and roast for another 10-15 minutes, or until Brussels Sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy and glaze is caramelized.
- Serve immediately.
