Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Maple Syrup, Balsamic Vinegar, and Dijon Mustard to create the Glaze.
  3. In a large bowl, toss Brussels Sprouts with Olive Oil, Salt, and Black Pepper.
  4. Spread Brussels Sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Scatter Bacon pieces over the Brussels Sprouts.
  6. Roast for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with Glaze, tossing to coat.
  8. Return to oven and roast for another 10-15 minutes, or until Brussels Sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy and glaze is caramelized.
  9. Serve immediately.
