A luxurious s'mores experience featuring imported cheeses, single-origin chocolate, house-made graham crackers, and a decadent chocolate ganache.
Instructions
  1. To make the Chocolate Ganache: Heat Heavy Cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over chopped High-Quality Dark Chocolate. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth and glossy.
  2. To make the House-Made Graham Crackers: Combine Whole Wheat Flour, Brown Sugar, and cold Butter in a food processor. Pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into rectangles and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes.
  3. Arrange the Cheeses on a large slate or wooden serving board.
  4. Scatter the House-Made Graham Crackers, shaved Single-Origin Dark Chocolate, and Blackberries around the cheeses.
  5. Place the Chocolate Ganache and Torched Marshmallow on the board.
  6. Add the Pecan Praline for a textural element.
  7. Encourage guests to create their own s'mores by pairing cheese with chocolate and graham crackers, and dipping into the ganache.
