Instructions
- In a shallow dish, whisk together all Custard ingredients until well combined.
- In a separate shallow dish, combine all Churro Coating ingredients.
- Cut the Challah bread into 1-inch cubes.
- Dip each bread cube into the Custard, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Dredge the custard-soaked bread in the Churro Coating, pressing gently to adhere.
- Melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the French toast bites in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the cooked bites to a plate and immediately top with Mini marshmallows and Semi-sweet chocolate chips. Serve immediately.
