  3. In a medium bowl, combine all Smoked Cream Cheese Base ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and well combined.
  4. In a separate small bowl, combine chopped Artisanal Dark Chocolate and Bourbon. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to melt slightly.
  5. Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the cream cheese base until evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  7. Sprinkle the Pecan-Graham Cracker Topping evenly over the top of the dip.
  8. Serve immediately with graham crackers, strawberries, or other dippers.
