Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a small bowl, combine Graham Crackers and melted Butter; spread on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and toasted. Let cool.
In a medium bowl, combine all Cream Cheese Base ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and well combined.
Gently fold in the Chocolate Component until evenly distributed.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle the toasted Graham Cracker Topping evenly over the top of the dip.
Serve immediately with graham crackers, strawberries, or other dippers.
