1 package Puff Pastry-thawed
1 lb Ground Pork
1 Small Onion-finely chopped
1 tsp Dried Sage
1/2 tsp Salt

A comforting and easy-to-make sausage roll, perfect for a snack or light meal. Uses readily available ingredients and simple techniques.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine all Filling ingredients and mix well.
  3. Unfold the Puff Pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry in half lengthwise.
  4. Divide the Filling evenly between the two pastry halves, forming a log along the center of each half.
  5. Fold the pastry over the Filling, sealing the edges with a fork.
  6. Cut each roll into 6 equal pieces.
  7. Whisk together Egg Wash ingredients and brush over the sausage rolls.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
