1 package All-Butter Puff Pastry-thawed
1 lb Ground Pork
1 Small Onion-finely chopped
1/2 Apple-peeled, cored, and finely diced
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley-chopped

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine all Filling ingredients and mix well.
  3. Unfold the All-Butter Puff Pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry in half lengthwise.
  4. Divide the Filling evenly between the two pastry halves, forming a log along the center of each half.
  5. Fold the pastry over the Filling, sealing the edges with a fork.
  6. Cut each roll into 6 equal pieces.
  7. Whisk together Egg Wash ingredients and brush over the sausage rolls.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
