Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Chicken with all Marinade ingredients and all Fajita Seasoning ingredients. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. On a large sheet pan, spread out the Vegetables in a single layer.
  4. Add the marinated Chicken to the sheet pan, spreading it evenly among the vegetables.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Warm the Filling tortillas according to package directions.
  7. Serve the Chicken and Vegetables in the warm tortillas with your favorite Toppings.
