Sheet Pan Roasted Vegetables With Sausage
A slightly more refined version of the classic sheet pan dinner, featuring chicken sausage and a touch of balsamic sweetness.

Chicken sausage-Italian style, sliced into 1 inch pieces

A slightly more refined version of the classic sheet pan dinner, featuring chicken sausage and a touch of balsamic sweetness.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together Olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, Dried thyme, Garlic powder, Red pepper flakes, Salt, and Black pepper.
- Combine all Vegetables and Chicken sausage with the seasoning mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the vegetables and sausage in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
- Drizzle with Balsamic glaze before serving.
