Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, Dried thyme, Garlic powder, Red pepper flakes, Salt, and Black pepper.
  3. Combine all Vegetables and Chicken sausage with the seasoning mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the vegetables and sausage in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
  6. Drizzle with Balsamic glaze before serving.
