  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
  3. Place Salmon fillets and Vegetables on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Pour Marinade over Salmon and Vegetables, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  5. Arrange Lemon slices over the Salmon.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until Salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork and vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve immediately.
