Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
  3. Add all Vegetables to the bowl with the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  5. Place the chicken sausage among the vegetables.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized. Flip the sausage halfway through cooking.
  7. Serve immediately.
