Sheet Pan Sweet Potato Fries
Sweet potato fries with a fragrant rosemary and garlic seasoning, baked to perfection.

Sweet Potatoes-peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick fries
3 tbsp
Olive Oil

Garlic-minced

Sweet potato fries with a fragrant rosemary and garlic seasoning, baked to perfection.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Sweet Potatoes, Olive Oil, minced Garlic, chopped Rosemary, Paprika, Salt, and Black Pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the seasoned Sweet Potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped Fresh Parsley before serving.
