Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
  3. Add Chicken strips to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Spread the marinated Chicken and Vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Warm Flour tortillas according to package directions.
  7. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture in warm tortillas with Guacamole, Sour cream, and Salsa.
