1 pound Large Shrimp-peeled and deveined
1 pound Red Potatoes-quartered
1 cup Corn on the Cob-cut into 2-inch pieces
1/2 cup Andouille Sausage-sliced

A simple and flavorful shrimp boil cooked in foil packets for easy cleanup. This version uses readily available ingredients and is perfect for a weeknight meal.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Tear off four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  3. Divide the Red Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Andouille Sausage, and Yellow Onion evenly among the foil sheets.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the Old Bay Seasoning, melted Butter, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, and Black Pepper. Sprinkle this Seasoning mixture evenly over the vegetables and sausage in each foil packet.
  5. Top each packet with Shrimp and drizzle with Lemon Juice.
  6. Fold the foil packets tightly, sealing all edges to create a sealed packet.
  7. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp is pink and cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  8. Carefully open the foil packets (steam will escape) and serve immediately.
