A flavorful upgrade to classic shrimp tacos, featuring a spicy mango salsa and a more complex slaw.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Shrimp ingredients and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the Mango Salsa. In a bowl, combine all Mango Salsa ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Prepare the Slaw. In a separate bowl, combine all Slaw ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and cooked through.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Assemble tacos by filling each tortilla with shrimp, topping with Cilantro Lime Slaw, and a generous spoonful of Mango Salsa.
