Sloppy Joe Sliders
These sliders take the classic Sloppy Joe to the next level with the addition of sweet and savory caramelized onions.

These sliders take the classic Sloppy Joe to the next level with the addition of sweet and savory caramelized onions.
Instructions
- Melt Butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add sliced Yellow Onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes, or until deeply caramelized and golden brown.
- Remove caramelized onions from the skillet and set aside.
- Add Ground Beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
- Drain off any excess grease.
- In a bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked ground beef and stir to combine.
- Add the caramelized onions to the meat mixture and stir well.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
- Spoon the Sloppy Joe mixture onto the Brioche Slider Buns.
- Serve immediately.
