Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
- Add Chicken Thighs to the Marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until well combined.
- Place marinated Chicken Thighs in the slow cooker.
- Pour Sauce over the Chicken Thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is very tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and serve.
