Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all Ribs ingredients and rub evenly over the ribs.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until well combined.
  3. Place ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the ribs are very tender.
  5. During the last 30 minutes, remove the lid to allow the sauce to thicken.
  6. If desired, broil for 5-10 minutes after slow cooking to caramelize the sauce.
