1 tsp Smoked paprika

Slow-cooked beef tacos with a smoky chipotle kick. A slight upgrade in flavor and complexity.
Instructions
  1. Place the Beef in the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all Taco Seasoning ingredients, Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, and Adobo sauce. Sprinkle evenly over the beef.
  3. Pour the Beef Broth and Apple Cider Vinegar over the beef.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is very tender.
  5. Shred the beef with two forks.
  6. Warm the Corn Tortillas according to package directions.
  7. Serve the shredded beef in the warm tortillas with your favorite Toppings.
