Instructions
  1. Season Beef with Seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Sear Beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides. This step can be skipped for a truly hands-off approach, but searing adds flavor.
  3. Place seared Beef into the slow cooker.
  4. Add Vegetables to the slow cooker.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until smooth.
  6. Pour Sauce over Beef and Vegetables in the slow cooker.
  7. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until Beef is tender.
  8. Stir in 1 tbsp of butter during the last 30 minutes of cooking for extra richness (optional).
  9. Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley.
