A slightly more complex chicken taco recipe featuring the smoky heat of chipotle peppers. The addition of a quick homemade marinade adds depth of flavor.

In a bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
Place Chicken in a large zip-top bag or container and pour the marinade over it. Seal and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Place marinated Chicken in the slow cooker.
Pour Chicken broth over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is easily shredded.
Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker.
Serve immediately with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
