Instructions
- Combine all Dry Rub ingredients in a small bowl.
- Rub the Dry Rub generously all over the Ribs.
- Place the Ribs in the slow cooker.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the Ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the ribs are very tender.
- If desired, broil for 5-10 minutes to caramelize the sauce before serving.
